In my move to using less chemicals in my life, I decided to replace my hair gel. I found this on Amazon with great reviews. I had it sitting in my cart for a few days, but because of the price for such a small size, I did not purchase it immediately. Well, I went ahead and took a chance when my current hair gel was running low.

When I first received the item I was disappointed because I spent so much money on something this small. When I opened the tin, I noticed the great smell. I went ahead and tried "a little" which ended up being too much. A reviewer said a little goes a long way. That person was dead on! It was then I realized I am very happy with this pomade. The smell is fantastic, it adds shine to my hair and makes it much more manageable with out that sticky residue. And even though the tin is small, this will actually last a long time. Well worth the price.

Update: 3-3-2011

I just ran out of the pomade I reviewed. This small tin lasted over three months of almost daily usage. I even used it on occasion as a hand balm, and once as a lubricant for a sticking drawer. I just opened up my second tin. I will be ordering another to have an extra on hand.
